Ascension’s Neighborhood Resource links communities to essential local support services

Since 2021, Ascension’s Neighborhood Resource has connected over half a million patients and community members with organizations that provide free or reduced-cost services. The online platform allows users to enter their ZIP code and locate local support for needs such as food, housing, transportation, clothing, and care services.

"By simply entering a ZIP code, users can quickly find local support for food access, housing, transportation, clothing and care services — from community food pantries and meal delivery programs to baby supplies and medical equipment."

During the fiscal year 2025 alone, more than 23,000 people used the platform to access essential resources. The tool is available at any time on any device.
