Tyshon King runs for 65 yards on 15 carries in Youngstown State’s win over North Dakota

On Saturday, October 26, Tyshon King, a former standout Bishop McNamara Catholic High School athlete, contributed to the Youngstown State Penguins’ 41-to-40 win over the North Dakota Fighting Hawks.

King is a 5′11″ 220-pound senior running back from Kankakee.

He carried the ball 15 times for 65 yards, scoring one touchdown.

Youngstown State’s football team is a NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) team that plays in the Missouri Valley Football Conference.

Up next for King: the Penguins play the Redbirds at Illinois State on Saturday, November 2 at 2 p.m.
