Tyshon King runs for 47 yards on 9 carries in Youngstown State’s loss to South Dakota State

On Saturday, October 12, Tyshon King, a former standout Bishop McNamara Catholic High School athlete, saw action in the Youngstown State Penguins’ 63-to-13 loss to the South Dakota State Jackrabbits.

King is a 5’11’ 220-pound senior running back from Kankakee.

He carried the ball nine times for 47 yards.

Youngstown State’s football team is a NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) team that plays in the Missouri Valley Football Conference.

Up next for King: the Penguins play at home on Saturday, October 19 at 6 p.m.
