Phyllis McElroy Bisaillon, 96, of Bradley, Passes Away at LaBella of Clifton

Phyllis McElroy Bisaillon, aged 96, of Bradley, died on Friday, April 11, 2025, at LaBella of Clifton. Born on January 13, 1929, in Kankakee, she was the daughter of Joseph and Stella Spangler. Phyllis worked as a beautician and was a member of the Ladies of the Moose. She found joy in line dancing and crocheting. A parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Phyllis is survived by her children, siblings, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands Francis and William, son Larry, parents, sister, and brother. Visitation and the service will take place on April 17, 2025, at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais, followed by burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Kankakee.
