The Bradley Utilities Department has provided a guide for accessing utilities accounts online. The process can be completed through the billing portal by selecting "Utility Billing Payments" on the left-hand side of the screen.
Two methods are available for accessing Bradley utilities accounts online. Method #1 is designed for quick and convenient bill payments. It requires only a location ID, name, address, property tax PIN number, and account PIN without needing to set up a username and password. This method is suitable for residents or businesses with a single Bradley utilities account. A search for the property will display a list of results, allowing users to select their property, enter their account PIN, and proceed with payment.
Method #2 involves registration and allows users to view historical consumption and billing information. This method is ideal for residents or landlords with multiple Bradley accounts. Users create a username and password, which stores the utilities account PIN numbers entered so they will not be required in future sessions. A quick search for the property address provides immediate access to detailed account information.
To register, users should select "register" from the drop-down menu in the right-hand corner of the portal. They must fill out the required fields in the "Create a New Account Section" form. After registering, users should check their email inbox for a message from onlinesupport@bsasoftware.com containing final steps for activating and using their online account.
Once signed in, accessing utilities accounts follows the same process as Method #1 but requires entering the account PIN only during the first access of each property.
